The room here is excellent, with a kitchenette, bathrobe, and balcony.

The hotel had great location not far from Santagloria Pedralbes bakery and coffee shop which is recommended for a coffee, and the metro stations. Really kind staff, provided useful info. Having a work desk, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area in my quiet and functional room was really great.

there was lots of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. great service, even though a few employees were terrible.

The staff here is friendly, check-in is quick, the bar is good, the rooms are brand new with useful amenities like an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioning.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. In love with quiet rooms with a balcony which was excellent.

Reasonably spacious and clean hotel, location was marvellous near best shopping areas, and Barcelona's largest boulevard. The staff were really kind and very very nice all the time of my stay. The room was impressive and huge included a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a sitting area. The bathroom was clean, it was nice to have a bath. Greatly enjoyed this European property, would recomand.

Breakfast was very poor. No hot meals. 20€ for it was too much. Too far from the city center, but subway is pretty close.

Very helpful staff and relaxing atmosphere. Good-sized room with a fairly clean bathroom equipped with essential amenities. - Terrific service and complimentary on-site parking. - Free wifi available.

Reception staff very helpful and also allowed us late checkout until 2pm. Good little pool area.

Attic rooms are not as big as rooms on floors 1-10 - we will remember this should we visit this hotel again

Staff were professional, welcoming and helpful. Junior suite was very spacious, bathroom well equipped, nice balcony. Hotel in quiet, nice residential area yet with restaurants nearby, I wanted to stay in this area for a particular reason. It was ideal for my needs. Complimentary soft drinks, water in fridge, coffee/tea making facilities.

Food service very limited, wanted to order soup and a sandwich at 18.30 hrs but told that food would not be available until 20.00 hrs. Was told " go to one of the places nearby" I was disappointed at both the attitude and the lack of food. Yet a 24 hour Room service was advertised. This did not make sense! only one tea bag in room, one bathroom/slippers, I had booked a junior suite for two. These are not complaints, they are facts,
